author resides in North Carolina. He has published four books
and is working on others at this time. When he is not writing, he
is involved in martial arts, making handmade Native American crafts, and
working as a former full time Law Enforcement officer/ S.W.A.T. team
member. Brian had to take an early retirement from law enforcement
due to a battle with Chronic Fatiuge and Immune Dysfunction Syndrome. The
author is an honorably discharged veteran of the US Army Reserves, where
he served as an infantryman and a drill sergeant. Brian also enjoys spending
a great deal of time at the Qualla Boundary, which is the home of the Eastern
Band of Cherokee Indians. His father, Charles Voncannon, is an enrolled
member of the Appalachian American Indians of West Virginia, Inc.
Brian and his mother are enrolled members of the Echota Cherokee Tribe
of Alabama. Both are state recognized tribes.
Brian's next project is well underway and it
two-fold. He is working on a new novel titled Shadows: Diary of a Ninja.
Along with the novel, Brian is also writing the same into a screenplay
as a full length film. He hopes to have both completed within the next
